Tenants Checklist
- Photo identification – passport or driving license
- Reference letter from previous landlord
- Letter from your employer stating where you are employed and duration of employment
- PPS Number
- €35 toward PRTB registration
Tenants must pay one month security deposit and one month in advance prior to moving in to property
